What is a Personal Breakthrough Session?
Personal Breakthrough sessions are designed to help you re-wire self-defeating patterns of thinking and behaving. Melody uses a mixture of approaches during your session including NLP, Core Transformations, Wholeness Work, Hypnotherapy and Positive Psychology.
Sessions take two formats. A Basic Personal Breakthrough session is between two and three hours in length. The extended format starts with an extended session on the afternoon of day one. Overnight you will be tasked with meditating, taking time in nature and reflecting on your experience of the first session. You will be encouraged to journal your thoughts and feelings. On day two you will have another extended session of between two and three hours.
All sessions are face to face at our venue in East Sussex.

A Basic Breakthrough session is just £300 while an extended Breakthrough session is £550.
